After spending half a year crafting this project, Yung.Raj is ready with his new EP release. The tracks on this EP cut sharp, wobble hard and draw in the listener’s imagination with its textures, tuff drums and intricate syncopation. Knoxxville’s sonic universe fuses acid basslines on 160 footwork, grime, 808’s jazzy melodies, percussive jungle and beatsy lo-fi programming. The album also features artwork by Mumbai based visual artist Tarqeeb.

There are two very promising collaborations on Knoxxville. The first one being with the Mumbai based musician/producer NATE08 on the opening track “Who Really Cares”. Who Really Cares is the latest addition to the album and expresses the artists disposition on the current times and secondly, a 135bpm, 808 bassweight grime thumper “Time” featuring the highly sought after vocals of the respected UK MC & artist Jammz.
